In addition to nearly 200 cars, the California Highway Patrol was on hand promoting safety and preserving the community interaction.

The twilight cruise’s emcee Dave McClelland presented awards for “The Best Gasser” trophy by Stick City to Nick Fry of Upland, California for his 1969 Camaro.

Tom Tucker from Tucker Tires, West Covina presented the “Bad Ass Tires & Wheels trophy to Michael Sciaraffa of San Gabriel. His ’61 Pontiac Ventura featured 8-lug wheel, yes, Bad-Ass!

The Automobile Club of Southern California “Most Uninsurable” award presented by Auto Club’s own Bob Beck went to Bill McCormick of West Covina and his ’31 Model A Roadster.

Evans Cooling’s Cruise pick went to Gary Barnard with his 1932 Ford 3-window.

Once again the Cruise Night’s cash prize totaled $500. August’s lucky winner pictured accepting the envelope!
